About the role

One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Loyalty Marketing Manager to turn its CRM and loyalty base into regular, rewarding conversations with shoppers. You will plan the customer campaigns that bring members back and show, with clear numbers, what each campaign contributed. The role matters because a loyal customer is usually the most valuable one a retail business has.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run loyalty-led customer campaigns, deciding the offer, audience, timing and follow-up for each.
  • Segment the CRM base by purchase behaviour so every message reaches members who will find it relevant.
  • Build the yearly business plan for loyalty marketing, including the campaign calendar and expected returns.
  • Track redemption, repeat purchase and campaign response, and change course quickly on anything underperforming.
  • Guide the marketers in your team, reviewing their campaign briefs and sharpening how they execute.
  • Work with commercial and finance colleagues so loyalty offers stay attractive without eroding margin.

What you'll bring

  • 6–10 years of experience in loyalty, CRM or customer marketing within retail or consumer businesses.
  • An MBA/PGDM, applied in practice to customer and commercial decisions rather than theory alone.
  • A firm grasp of customer data, segmentation and how to read campaign results honestly.
  • Experience managing a team of marketers and holding its work to clear campaign standards.
  • Confident handling of client and partner relationships, backed by sound business planning habits.

Good to have

  • Exposure to designing tier structures or points-based reward mechanics for a member base.
  • Familiarity with testing offers against control groups before rolling them out widely.
  • Prior experience in the retail or consumer sector, where repeat purchase drives results.
