About the role

One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Loyalty Program Manager to own the day-to-day health of its customer loyalty programme. The role is about retention: keeping members active, valued and returning, while making sure the programme earns its keep. You will be the person who knows, at any moment, how the programme is performing and why.

What you'll do

  • Own the programme's rules, reward structure and member journey from enrolment through to renewal.
  • Monitor retention and churn among members and act early on groups showing signs of lapsing.
  • Keep member records in the CRM accurate and usable for targeting and programme reporting.
  • Prepare the programme's business plan and budget, and review actual performance against it regularly.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams who fund or fulfil the rewards members receive.
  • Coach the programme team, setting weekly priorities and reviewing what each person delivers.

What you'll bring

  • 6–10 years of experience running or supporting loyalty and retention programmes for customers.
  • A postgraduate MBA or PGDM qualification in management or business administration.
  • Strong command of retention metrics and the ability to explain them in plain terms.
  • Good judgement on programme economics, including the cost of rewards against member value.
  • Steady people management alongside comfortable client and partner management.

Good to have

  • Experience relaunching or restructuring an existing loyalty programme without losing members.
  • Familiarity with member feedback surveys and service recovery for loyal customers.
  • A background in retail or consumer businesses with large repeat-customer bases.
