About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Luxury Client Relations Manager to look after valued luxury clients and the relationships that sustain the business. You will manage personal client portfolios, oversee clienteling standards and handle sensitive matters with discretion. Lasting client relationships are at the heart of luxury retail.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of valued clients, understanding their preferences, history and expectations.
- Plan personal touchpoints such as previews, appointments and thoughtful follow-ups.
- Guide store teams on clienteling standards and review the quality of their client communication.
- Handle client concerns, special orders and escalations with discretion and speed.
- Work with retail operations to make sure client requests are fulfilled smoothly.
- Track the health of key relationships and their contribution to sales.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in luxury client relations, clienteling or premium hospitality.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, with client relationship depth.
- Exceptional relationship management with demanding, high-value clients over time.
- Strong understanding of how luxury sales are built over time.
- Discreet, polished communication in every situation, including difficult ones.
Good to have
- Client relations roles held previously in luxury fashion.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing a client portfolio.
- Exposure to organising private client events and previews.
