About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Luxury Events & Client Engagement Manager to use events and clienteling to deepen relationships with luxury retail customers. You will plan client engagement events, work alongside retail teams and connect these moments to sales. The role turns considered hospitality into lasting customer loyalty.
What you'll do
- Plan in-store and private client events that give valued customers a reason to return.
- Work with retail teams to build clienteling lists and personalised invitations for each event.
- Coordinate event logistics with retail operations so store service continues smoothly during activity.
- Follow up after events with sales associates to convert customer interest into purchases.
- Maintain records of client preferences, attendance and purchases to guide future engagement.
- Write clear, elegant communication for invitations, reminders and thank-you notes.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in luxury retail, clienteling, customer engagement or client events.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, with a genuine interest in luxury and fashion retail.
- A good understanding of retail operations and how sales teams work day to day.
- Strong relationship management skills with discerning, high-expectation customers.
- Organised planning and confident written and spoken communication.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the luxury, fashion or retail sector.
- Exposure to customer data and segmentation for targeting event invitations.
- Familiarity with visual presentation standards in luxury stores.
