About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Luxury Events Manager to deliver lifestyle and luxury events where the experience itself is the message. You will manage concept, vendors and VIP experience from the first plan to the final guest goodbye. The role calls for exacting standards and the composure to meet them under pressure.
What you'll do
- Plan luxury events end to end, including concept, venue choice, design and running order.
- Source and manage specialist vendors for décor, cuisine, entertainment and guest services.
- Design the VIP experience, from personal welcomes to private spaces and tailored touches.
- Manage the events team, assigning responsibilities and checking quality at each stage.
- Control event budgets and negotiate with vendors without compromising standards.
- Gather client and guest feedback and apply it to raise the bar on future events.
What you'll bring
- 7–11 years of experience managing luxury, lifestyle or high-end events.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, along with a refined sense of design and hospitality.
- A trusted network of quality vendors, or proven skill in building one.
- Strong budgeting and business planning ability for event portfolios.
- Leadership that keeps a team precise and calm on event days.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the luxury or lifestyle sector.
- Exposure to multi-day or destination events with complex guest logistics.
- Familiarity with etiquette for formal and ceremonial occasions.
