About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Luxury Retail Associate to support the store team in serving luxury clients. As an associate you will learn the collections in depth, assist clients alongside senior advisors and keep the store immaculate. Every interaction, however small, shapes how a client feels about the store.
What you'll do
- Welcome clients at the entrance and offer help without hovering over them.
- Study each collection's materials, craftsmanship and care until you can explain them confidently.
- Assist senior advisors during appointments by bringing pieces, sizes and alternatives.
- Suggest a complementary piece when it genuinely completes what a client has chosen.
- Keep counters, glass and displays spotless, and your own grooming impeccable.
- Wrap purchases with care and help with after-sales requests and returns.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service; freshers are welcome.
- A graduate degree in any discipline, with relevant experience or demonstrated skills preferred.
- High grooming standards and a composed presence on the floor.
- Warm, courteous communication with clients and with colleagues.
- A genuine interest in luxury products and how they are made.
Good to have
- Earlier work in luxury retail, even if only briefly.
- Familiarity with the basics of clienteling and client books.
- Exposure to premium hospitality or guest service roles.
