About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Luxury Retail Intern to learn the craft of luxury selling and boutique operations from the inside. You will engage clients, support sales and help keep the boutique running smoothly, which is where a luxury reputation is earned every single day.
What you'll do
- Assist sales associates in presenting products and explaining their materials and finer details.
- Help maintain the boutique's appearance, including displays, fitting areas and product care.
- Support stock receiving, counting and tagging in line with retail operations procedures.
- Record client details and preferences carefully so they can support future clienteling.
- Help with gift wrapping, packaging and order collection to an exacting standard.
- Observe and practise each step of luxury service, from the first greeting to the farewell.
What you'll bring
- Freshers are welcome, as is anyone with 0–1 year of experience in retail or hospitality.
- An undergraduate qualification, or ongoing studies towards graduation.
- Composure under pressure and a courteous, attentive manner with every guest.
- Care and attention to detail when handling high-value products.
- Clear communication and a readiness to take direction from senior colleagues.
Good to have
- Exposure to luxury or premium customer service in any setting.
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and basic stock processes.
- Prior experience in the Luxury / Fashion / Retail sector.
