About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Luxury Retail Store Manager to lead a luxury store where service, presentation and client relationships come first. You will run retail operations, drive sales through clienteling and develop a team that represents the brand impeccably. The store manager sets the standard every client experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead retail operations, including stock security, presentation and compliance with brand standards.
- Drive sales through a clienteling-led approach, reviewing client books with each advisor.
- Recruit and develop advisors who match luxury service expectations.
- Host key clients personally and oversee private appointments in store.
- Analyse store performance and agree action plans with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams on launches and store events.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in luxury or premium retail, including store leadership.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, combined with luxury store leadership.
- Proven clienteling and sales management in a high-value setting.
- Strong retail operations knowledge, including stock security for valuable items.
- Excellent communication with clients, teams and senior colleagues.
Good to have
- Store leadership experience in luxury fashion, rather than general premium retail.
- Exposure to high-value inventory control and regular audits.
- Familiarity with established luxury service standards and rituals.
