About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Mall Operations Manager to keep a mall running smoothly for tenants and visitors alike. You will manage daily mall operations, look after tenant relationships, while making sure the experience is safe, clean, welcoming. The role connects property operations with retail performance.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day mall operations, including housekeeping, security or maintenance service partners.
- Act as the main operations contact for tenants, resolving their concerns promptly.
- Coordinate tenant fit-outs, store openings plus compliance with mall guidelines.
- Monitor common areas, signage or visitor flow to keep the experience welcoming.
- Guide the mall operations team, setting clear service standards for it.
- Prepare operating budgets, tracking spending against them through the year.
What you'll bring
- 7–11 years of experience in mall operations, property management or retail operations.
- An MBA or a graduate degree is required for this role.
- Strong tenant relationship skills with proven client management.
- Experience managing service vendors alongside in-house operations teams.
- Good planning plus budgeting ability for day-to-day operations.
Good to have
- Exposure to safety or emergency preparedness processes in public spaces.
- Prior experience in the retail or real estate sector.
