About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Manager – Store Performance to measure, explain and improve how stores perform. You will track store KPIs, analyse sales or productivity, then work with operations teams on actions that lift results. The role turns data into practical decisions for stores.
What you'll do
- Define store KPIs such as conversion, average bill value or sales per staff hour, then track them.
- Analyse sales trends by store, category or period, explaining the drivers behind them.
- Identify underperforming stores, building improvement plans with operations leaders.
- Review staff productivity, recommending changes that balance cost with service.
- Guide the performance team, setting standards for reporting as well as analysis.
- Present store performance insights in business planning reviews.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience in retail operations, store performance or retail analytics.
- A graduate degree or an MBA is expected for this role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in detailed sales analysis.
- The ability to influence store teams with clear evidence.
- Experience managing a team while setting clear expectations for its output.
Good to have
- Familiarity with retail dashboards or business intelligence reporting.
- Exposure to labour scheduling or productivity models in stores.
