Marketing Manager – Education

About the role

One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Marketing Manager – Education to plan and run campaigns that bring in quality enquiries from learners and institutions. You will own the marketing plan, manage the people who deliver it, and connect marketing results to business goals.

What you'll do

• Build the education marketing plan, aligning campaigns with business planning and enrolment cycles.
• Run lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels, and manage their budgets.
• Track lead volume, quality and conversion, and shift effort toward what works.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, setting priorities and reviewing campaign execution.
• Work with sales and counselling colleagues to improve how leads are followed up.
• Manage relationships with external partners and clients involved in campaign delivery.
• Present campaign performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What you'll bring

• 6–9 years of experience in marketing, with significant time in education marketing or lead generation.
• An MBA or PGDM is the expected qualification for this role.
• Proven ability to plan, launch and measure campaigns.
• Experience managing people and coordinating several workstreams at once.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and act on it.

Good to have

• Prior experience in the EdTech sector running enrolment campaigns.
• Exposure to marketing for admission seasons and course launches.
• Familiarity with client management in campaigns run jointly with partners.
