What you'll do
- Plan and run collection launches, from the first creative brief to the in-store and digital moments that follow.
- Design client engagement programmes such as private previews and appointment-led events for returning jewellery buyers.
- Build the annual marketing plan for jewellery categories, linking spend, calendar and messaging to business goals.
- Lead and coach the marketing team, setting clear priorities and reviewing work for craft and consistency.
- Brief agencies, photographers and designers so every campaign shows the detail and craftsmanship of each piece.

- An MBA or PGDM, with a strong grounding in marketing and consumer behaviour.
- A proven record of planning and delivering product launches from early concept through to execution.

- Experience managing a marketing team and agency partners to a consistently high standard of finish.
Good to have
- Knowledge of gemstones, metals and jewellery craftsmanship that helps you tell product stories accurately.
- Prior experience in the luxury jewellery sector, especially with programmes for high-value clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems used to segment, understand and engage private clients.
