About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Marketing Manager – Luxury to lead marketing for luxury and fashion lines across launches and client-facing moments. The role matters because in luxury, the way a product is introduced shapes its desirability as much as the product itself.
What you'll do
- Set the marketing calendar around seasonal drops and launches, balancing brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
- Craft client engagement initiatives, from exclusive previews to personalised outreach, that make loyal clients feel recognised.
- Translate the business plan into channel-by-channel activity, owning the budget and the trade-offs it requires.
- Guide your team day to day, giving direction on tone, visual standards and timelines.
- Partner with merchandising and retail teams so launches land consistently across every client touchpoint.
- Protect brand codes by reviewing every asset, from imagery to copy, before it reaches the public.
- Report on engagement, sell-through and client response, and recommend where to invest next.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury, premium fashion or lifestyle brands.
- An MBA or PGDM, preferably with a specialisation in marketing or brand management.
- An instinctive understanding of luxury codes, discretion and what high-value clients expect.
- Experience owning a marketing budget and defending your choices with clear commercial reasoning.
- Comfort guiding people while managing several creative partners at the same time.
Good to have
- Exposure to adapting global luxury brand guidelines into campaigns that feel locally relevant.
- Prior experience in the luxury or fashion sector during major launch seasons.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices and how marketing can strengthen them over time.
