About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Marketing Partnerships Manager – Education to build institutional partnerships that extend marketing reach. You will design joint activities and events with partner institutions, manage those relationships, and make sure each partnership delivers measurable value.
What you'll do
- Identify institutions whose audiences align with the offering and propose marketing partnerships.
- Plan and run joint events, seminars and student activities with partner institutions.
- Agree objectives, responsibilities and reporting with each partner before activity begins.
- Manage the people who coordinate partnership events, setting priorities and reviewing delivery.
- Track partnership results and feed them into business planning for the next cycle.
- Maintain strong client relationships with partner institutions through regular reviews.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience in marketing partnerships, events or institutional alliances, preferably in education.
- You should hold an MBA or a PGDM.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management with institutional partners.
- Experience planning and managing events from concept to follow-up.
- Team management skills and the ability to deliver several partnerships at once.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Education / Services sector with partnership-driven marketing.
- Exposure to co-marketing agreements with universities or schools.
- Familiarity with measuring event and partnership outcomes against agreed objectives.
