About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Marketplace Operations Executive to keep its marketplace storefronts running smoothly. You will manage orders and listings on seller panels, sort out operational exceptions and report on how each marketplace is performing.
What you'll do
- Monitor incoming marketplace orders and make sure they are confirmed, packed and shipped within timelines.
- Update inventory and prices on seller panels so marketplace stock matches what is actually available.
- Coordinate catalogue changes with the listings team and check they appear correctly on each marketplace.
- Track account health indicators such as late shipments and cancellations, and act early on warnings.
- Raise and follow up on tickets with marketplace seller support until issues are resolved.
- Prepare marketplace-wise reports on orders, returns and outstanding issues.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce support or order processing.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; good computer and communication skills are preferred.
- Accuracy and discipline with the daily routines that keep marketplace accounts healthy.
- Comfort working across several seller panels and spreadsheets in a single day.
- Persistence in following up on open tickets until they are closed.
Good to have
- Prior experience operating on more than one online marketplace.
- Familiarity with marketplace policies on returns, claims and penalties.
- Exposure to coordinating with warehouse teams on dispatch.
