About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Media & Entertainment Coordinator to assist with the people and paperwork behind film, music and live entertainment work. Early in your time in the industry, you will learn how projects come together while keeping artists and events well supported.
What you'll do
- Assist senior producers by tracking tasks, deadlines and approvals across several entertainment projects at once.
- Help artists and their managers with confirmations, requirements and day-of details for appearances.
- Support live events and launches by handling guest lists, accreditation and backstage hospitality.
- Draft emails, call notes and summaries so everyone involved hears the same information.
- Update the shared calendar of rehearsals, recordings and events, flagging clashes as soon as they appear.
- File agreements, permissions and invoices neatly so producers can retrieve them quickly.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience supporting entertainment, media or event projects; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduation in any discipline, which is the minimum qualification here.
- A methodical approach to calendars and to-do lists, with few details left unchecked.
- Friendly, respectful communication with artists, agents and creative colleagues.
- The steadiness to adapt when an appearance or event is rescheduled at short notice.
Good to have
- Relevant experience or demonstrated skills from college fests, music events or student films.
- A working knowledge of how film, music and live shows are put together.
- Some exposure to guest management or artist hospitality at live events.
