About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an NGO Programme Executive to carry out community programme activities on the ground. You will support outreach, keep records accurate and help communities and stakeholders stay connected to the programme.
What you'll do
- Run village or neighbourhood meetings, door-to-door surveys and awareness sessions as planned.
- Help identify and register participants, keeping their details accurate and confidential.
- Document activities with notes, photographs and attendance records after each session.
- Arrange venues, materials and volunteers so every session starts on time.
- Write short daily notes on what you saw and heard, so colleagues can act on them.
- Follow up with participants to encourage continued engagement with the programme.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in community work, field work or social sector projects; freshers are welcome.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant experience or demonstrated skills are preferred.
- Good communication and patient listening skills with community members.
- Willingness to work in the field and adapt to local conditions.
- Careful, honest documentation of every activity and participant you work with.
Good to have
- Volunteer or internship experience with an NGO or community group.
- Exposure to survey and data collection methods in the field.
- A genuine interest in community development and social change.
