About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Outreach Manager – Education to make field outreach to schools well organised and effective. You will shape the rhythm of visits, build trust with important schools, and turn first contact into steady engagement.
What you'll do
- Divide schools into sensible clusters and agree a visiting pattern for each outreach executive.
- Brief executives before visits and listen to their accounts afterwards to sharpen their approach.
- Build trust with principals and teachers at the schools that matter most to the programme.
- Create engagement ideas, such as talks or student activities, that young people genuinely enjoy.
- Read visit reports closely and spot patterns in what schools ask for or object to.
- Stay in touch with participating schools so that engagement continues beyond the first activity.
What you'll bring
- 3–7 years of experience in field outreach, school engagement or education sales.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant experience or demonstrated skills are preferred.
- The ability to plan field activity and keep it on track.
- Strong relationship-building skills with principals and other school leadership.
- Clear communication and dependable follow-up with schools after every visit.
Good to have
- Exposure to guiding field teams through visit planning and reviews.
- Prior experience in the Education or Training sector.
- Familiarity with school calendars and how they affect outreach timing.
