About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Parent Engagement Manager to build strong, lasting relationships with parents as clients. You will understand what families are looking for, keep them engaged and informed, and develop new business through their trust and referrals.
What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for parents, answering questions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Understand each family's expectations and make sure the experience lives up to them.
- Plan engagement activities, such as orientation sessions, that keep parents informed and involved.
- Follow through on every commitment made to parents, keeping clear records of discussions.
- Develop new business by turning satisfied parents into referrals and repeat clients.
- Share parent feedback with internal colleagues to improve services and communication.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in client management, business development or parent-facing roles.
- A graduate degree or an MBA is needed for this role.
- Warm, professional communication with parents from varied backgrounds.
- Strong follow-through and the ability to manage many relationships at once.
- Sound judgement in handling sensitive conversations about children and family concerns.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Consumer / Lifestyle sector in a client-facing role.
- Exposure to education, childcare or other child-focused services.
- Familiarity with tracking client interactions in a CRM system.
