About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate to assist customers and support sales in a retail store. In this part-time role you will greet shoppers, help them choose products, while keeping the shop floor in good order. Dependable, friendly service makes a real difference to how customers feel about the store.
What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly, offering help without being pushy.
- Explain products, suggesting options that match what customers are looking for.
- Follow up with customers who ask for items or details you need to check.
- Restock shelves, keeping displays neat during your working hours.
- Arrive on time for your agreed hours so the store is never short of help.
- Pass on customer feedback or requests to the store team.
- Help colleagues during busy periods by guiding queues towards the billing counter.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in retail, customer service or a similar role; freshers may apply.
- A graduate or undergraduate qualification; relevant experience is preferred.
- Good communication with a friendly approach towards every customer.
- Reliability plus sound time management across part-time hours.
Good to have
- Previous part-time or seasonal experience in a retail store.
- Familiarity with billing counters or point-of-sale systems used in stores.
