About the role
HappinessCue is hiring a Partnerships Executive to build relationships with institutions and organisations that want to offer its services to their students, members or people. You will reach out to education institutions and community organisations, and coordinate the programmes and expert sessions agreed with each partner.
What you'll do
- Research and approach schools, colleges and other institutions interested in academic and career programmes.
- Reach out to community organisations about well-being and holistic sessions for their members.
- Present HappinessCue's services clearly and answer partner questions about formats, experts and logistics.
- Coordinate agreed programmes with partners and independent experts, from scheduling to participant communication.
- Follow up with partners after each programme to gather feedback and discuss further collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations and partnership status.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in partnerships, institutional outreach, business development or relationship roles.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Confident spoken and written communication with institutional and community stakeholders.
- Persistent, organised follow-up across many conversations at different stages.
- The ability to listen to what a partner needs and match it with the services available.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the education, careers or well-being sector.
- Exposure to institutional outreach with schools, colleges or community bodies.
- Familiarity with a CRM system for tracking partnership conversations.
