About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Partnerships Executive – Education to help build and maintain partnerships with education institutions. You will support partnership conversations, negotiate practical details, and keep partners informed and engaged.
What you'll do
- Research potential partner institutions and prepare background notes before first meetings.
- Reach out to institution contacts to introduce partnership ideas and arrange discussions.
- Support negotiations on timelines, responsibilities and practical arrangements.
- Coordinate between partners and internal colleagues so that agreed activities happen on time.
- Follow up after every partner meeting with a clear summary and next steps.
- Maintain partnership records and flag any relationship that needs attention.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development or stakeholder management.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant experience or demonstrated skills are preferred.
- Clear communication and confidence in speaking with institution staff.
- Early negotiation skills and good judgement about when to escalate.
- Organised, dependable follow-up after every meeting or call with partners.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Education or Training sector.
- Exposure to drafting partnership proposals or memoranda of understanding.
- Familiarity with how schools and colleges run joint programmes.
