About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Passenger Service Executive to care for passengers at key moments of their journey, especially when they need extra help. You will handle special service requests, support passengers through delays and keep accurate records of what was done.
What you'll do
- Meet passengers who have requested special services and escort them through formalities.
- Support transit and connecting passengers so they reach their next flight on time.
- Share delay and rebooking information with affected passengers clearly and sympathetically.
- Arrange refreshments or hotel stays for disrupted passengers in line with airline policy.
- Document service requests, incidents and passenger feedback accurately.
- Liaise with check-in, gate and airport operations teams to solve passenger problems quickly.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in passenger services, customer service or hospitality; freshers may apply.
- 10+2 or a graduate qualification depending on the role; aviation, hospitality or customer-service training is preferred.
- Empathy and patience with anxious or frustrated passengers.
- Clear communication and dependable, timely documentation of every case.
- Readiness to follow procedures and work as part of a team.
Good to have
- Exposure to recovery processes for disrupted or cancelled flights.
- Familiarity with departure control or passenger service systems.
- Prior experience in the aviation sector with direct passenger contact.
