About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Placement & Corporate Relations Manager to connect students with employers and build lasting corporate relationships. You will bring recruiters to the table, prepare students to meet them, and manage placement activity from start to finish.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with corporate recruiters and HR contacts to create placement opportunities.
- Pitch the student pool to employers in a consultative way, matching profiles to their needs.
- Plan and run placement drives, from scheduling interviews to sharing results.
- Counsel students on career choices, interview preparation and job offers.
- Follow up with employers after each drive to gather feedback and secure repeat engagement.
- Maintain placement records and report outcomes to academic leadership.
What you'll bring
- 3–7 years of experience in placements, corporate relations or college recruitment.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Persuasive communication with corporate contacts and supportive counselling with students.
- Strong organisation for coordinating placement drives, interview rounds and student schedules.
- Persistent follow-up and relationship management with recruiters over many hiring seasons.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Education & Student Services sector.
- Exposure to internship and live project tie-ups with companies.
- Familiarity with college recruitment calendars and employer hiring timelines.
