About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Placement & Industry Relations Executive to support students on the path from study to employment. You will reach out to companies, coordinate placement activity, and help students prepare for the opportunities that follow.
What you'll do
- Approach companies to present the student pool and learn about their hiring and internship plans.
- Book interview slots, rooms and panels, and confirm arrangements with recruiters and students.
- Help students prepare CVs and practise for interviews through short counselling sessions.
- Circulate job openings to eligible students and keep an accurate list of applicants.
- Collect interview results and recruiter feedback, then pass them on to students.
- Keep an up-to-date database of industry contacts and placement outcomes.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in placements, recruitment coordination or industry relations.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Courteous, confident communication with both students and company representatives.
- Strong coordination skills and careful follow-up on every interview schedule.
- A real interest in helping students start their careers.
Good to have
- Exposure to college placement drives or HR coordination.
- Prior experience in the Education & Student Services sector.
- Familiarity with consultative selling when presenting students to employers.
