About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Production Coordinator to run the logistics that turn a production plan into a working shoot. You will manage bookings, vendors and paperwork so crew and talent arrive to find everything ready.
What you'll do
- Build and circulate daily production schedules, crew lists and shoot breakdowns for each project.
- Lock in equipment, crew and studio or venue bookings, resolving clashes before shoot days.
- Manage talent paperwork and requirements, confirming each artist's needs with the producer in advance.
- Obtain vendor quotes, raise orders and follow deliveries of equipment, props and services.
- Prepare run sheets for live shows and events, and coordinate backstage movement during them.
- Keep permissions, releases and expense records accurate for the production accounts.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in production coordination for film, music, events or entertainment.
- A graduate degree in any discipline is the minimum qualification for this position.
- Strong planning and scheduling skills, with a knack for spotting gaps before they cause delays.
- Firm, clear communication with crew and vendors, especially when budgets or timings shift.
- Reliable record keeping, since every booking, order and approval must be traceable.
Good to have
- Relevant experience or demonstrated skills on live shows, music videos or film shoots.
- Familiarity with talent release forms, permissions and other production paperwork.
- Exposure to preparing and tracking a production budget against actual costs.
