About the role

HappinessCue is hiring a Programme Executive to coordinate structured programmes delivered by independent experts. These range from mindfulness and meditation series to stress management, self-growth, life purpose, corporate career and workplace well-being programmes, as well as education journeys for students. You will handle the planning and logistics that let each programme run smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the schedule, participant list and expert availability for each programme from launch to close.
  • Prepare programme materials and participant communications for mindfulness, meditation and stress management series.
  • Coordinate corporate career and workplace well-being programmes with organisation contacts and the assigned experts.
  • Track students and parents enrolled in education journey programmes and send timely reminders and updates.
  • Answer participant enquiries about dates, formats and enrolment, passing any personal questions on to the expert.
  • Collect feedback at the end of each programme and summarise it clearly for review.
  • Keep attendance, programme records and follow-up notes accurate and easy for colleagues to use.

What you'll bring

  • 0–4 years of experience in programme coordination, event coordination or client-facing operations.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
  • Strong organisation and follow-up, with the ability to keep several programmes on track at once.
  • Clear, empathetic communication with participants, parents, organisation contacts and experts.
  • Attention to detail when handling schedules, participant lists and programme records.

Good to have

  • Exposure to mindfulness, meditation or personal growth programmes, as a participant or a coordinator.
  • Familiarity with coordinating corporate or workplace programmes alongside organisation contacts.
  • Experience with community engagement or content coordination for programmes.
