About the role

HappinessCue is hiring a Programme Manager to own its emotional well-being and holistic programmes. You will shape how these programmes are planned, matched with suitable independent experts and run for participants, and you will improve them using what participants and experts report back.

What you'll do

  • Own the programme calendar for emotional well-being and holistic offerings, deciding sequencing and launch readiness.
  • Identify suitable independent experts for each programme and agree scope, schedules and expectations with them.
  • Set the participant journey for programmes, including enrolment, reminders, attendance tracking and follow-up.
  • Analyse participant feedback and attendance patterns to refine programme formats and logistics.
  • Handle participant concerns about programme arrangements with empathy, passing personal matters to the expert.
  • Maintain programme documentation so any colleague can run a programme cycle consistently.
  • Report on programme delivery to stakeholders and recommend which programmes to extend, adjust or retire.

What you'll bring

  • 3–7 years of experience in programme management, service operations or coordinating delivery with external professionals.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field; for some assignments, relevant experience may be accepted instead.
  • Empathetic communication and active listening when dealing with participants in sensitive areas.
  • Proven ability to plan, track and improve recurring programmes over several cycles.
  • Strong coordination skills with independent experts who manage their own practices.

Good to have

  • Prior experience in the well-being, spiritual or holistic services sector.
  • Familiarity with participant feedback methods and simple programme metrics.
  • Exposure to retreats, workshops or group programmes run by independent facilitators.
