About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Regional Business Manager – Education to drive business growth across a region. You will set the regional plan, build institutional partnerships, head the regional team, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver consistent results.
What you'll do
- Set the regional business plan, translating organisational goals into clear priorities.
- Develop the regional team, building capability through coaching and regular reviews.
- Open and strengthen institutional partnerships with schools, colleges and education groups.
- Manage key client relationships personally and handle the most important negotiations.
- Track regional performance closely and adjust plans when results move off course.
- Work with senior leadership on business planning, market priorities and resource needs.
What you'll bring
- 8–12 years of experience in education business development, with several years managing teams.
- An MBA or PGDM qualification is expected for this role.
- A record of delivering regional growth through institutional partnerships.
- Strong team management and business planning skills at a regional level.
- Confidence with senior stakeholders and complex, multi-party negotiations.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Education sector at a regional or zonal level.
- Exposure to entering new markets within a region.
- Familiarity with structuring agreements that span several institutions.
