About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Regional Luxury Retail Manager to lead a group of luxury stores across a region and own their commercial results. You will set the standard for selling, service and clienteling, and build the store leadership capability that sustains it.
What you'll do
- Own the regional P&L, reviewing sales, margin and cost lines with each store manager.
- Set regional business plans and translate them into store-level priorities and action plans.
- Visit stores regularly to coach managers on clienteling, service rituals and selling behaviour.
- Build leadership depth by identifying successors, planning development and making key hiring decisions.
- Ensure consistent luxury standards in presentation, operations and client experience at every location.
- Work with senior stakeholders in merchandising, marketing and finance on regional performance and investments.
- Address underperformance early, with clear improvement plans and disciplined follow-through.
What you'll bring
- 9–13 years of retail experience, including multi-store leadership in luxury or premium retail.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, backed by deep practical retail leadership.
- Proven P&L ownership and the ability to explain what drives results store by store.
- Deep understanding of clienteling and the high-touch service luxury clients expect.
- Strong people leadership, including experience developing store managers into senior leaders.
Good to have
- Experience opening new luxury stores or turning around stores that were struggling.
- Familiarity with retail analytics and CRM reporting for multi-store networks.
- Exposure to applying global luxury brand standards consistently across a regional network.
