About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Regional Retail Manager to manage a regional store network in fashion retail and own its profit and loss. You will plan each season, guide managers across the network, while keeping stores commercially sharp. The role answers for the numbers as well as the standards shoppers see.
What you'll do
- Own the regional P&L, managing sales, margin or store operating costs.
- Plan each season by balancing stock, staffing plus local demand.
- Visit stores across the network to review standards, coach managers, solve issues on the spot.
- Review results store by store, agreeing action plans with each manager.
- Grow a bench of future store leaders within the network.
- Strengthen client management so regular shoppers receive consistent attention.
What you'll bring
- 10–14 years of experience in fashion or retail, including P&L responsibility for a regional store network.
- A graduate degree or an MBA is expected for this role.
- Proven ability to manage profitability across multiple stores.
- Strong team management with the patience to coach managers individually.
- Good business planning ability with a sharp eye for store numbers.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the fashion retail sector at multi-store level.
- Exposure to opening new stores within a regional network.
