About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Relationship Executive – Banking to become the familiar, dependable contact for an assigned group of bank customers. Over time you will get to know their circumstances, anticipate what they will ask for and make sure paperwork never slows them down. Continuity like this is what turns occasional visitors into loyal long-term relationships.
What you'll do
- Get to know each assigned customer's banking pattern so you can anticipate requests before they arise.
- Prepare and pre-check documentation for upcoming customer needs such as renewals, mandates or nominee updates.
- Act as a single thread across operations and product teams whenever a customer matter spans several desks.
- Call customers back once a matter is closed to confirm they are satisfied with how it ended.
- Suggest a relevant banking product only when a conversation reveals a genuine, stated need.
- Write concise relationship notes after each contact so the history stays useful to colleagues.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in banking, customer relationships or financial services operations.
- A graduate degree in any discipline, together with a steady interest in looking after people.
- Natural warmth and the ability to remember details customers have shared with you earlier.
- Precision with banking paperwork and with the personal details recorded on it.
- A reputation among past customers or colleagues for keeping your word on follow-ups.
Good to have
- Exposure to commerce, finance or banking through education or earlier work.
- Familiarity with retail banking products and the KYC norms that apply to them.
- Prior relationship or service experience within a bank.
