About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Retail Excellence Manager to raise and maintain standards across stores in a retail and luxury business. You will run store audits, design training that closes the gaps they find, then track whether improvements stick. Consistency is the goal, so every client meets the same standard in every store.
What you'll do
- Run structured store audits covering service, presentation, operations or client handling.
- Turn audit findings into practical action plans with store managers.
- Design training sessions that address the most common gaps in standards, then deliver them.
- Track audit scores over time, reporting trends to senior colleagues.
- Guide the excellence team in planning audits as well as follow-up visits.
- Update standard operating procedures as client expectations evolve.
What you'll bring
- 7–11 years of experience in retail operations, retail excellence or training within retail or luxury.
- An MBA or PGDM qualification is required for this role.
- Experience designing audits or quality initiatives, then running them.
- Strong training delivery with practical coaching skills on the shop floor.
- Clear reporting backed by confident communication with senior stakeholders.
Good to have
- Prior experience in luxury retail with exacting standards.
- Exposure to service quality frameworks or mystery-shopping methods.
