About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Retail Relationship Executive to build lasting relationships with shoppers in a retail and luxury setting. You will welcome customers, present products with care, then keep in touch so they return. Loyal clients are built one conversation at a time, which is why this role matters.
What you'll do
- Greet customers, find out what they are looking for, then guide them through the range.
- Present products thoughtfully, explaining their features, finish or how to care for them.
- Build a personal client book, staying in touch with regular customers between visits.
- Work towards individual sales goals while keeping each customer's experience unhurried.
- Handle requests, exchanges or after-sales queries courteously without delay.
- Share customer preferences with the store team so service keeps improving.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in retail sales, customer service or a relationship-focused role.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- A polished, warm manner that puts customers at ease from the first moment.
- Comfort working towards sales targets without compromising on service.
- Good product presentation skills with close attention to fine details.
Good to have
- Exposure to luxury or premium retail environments with high service expectations.
- Experience maintaining customer records to support personalised follow-up.
- A genuine interest in luxury products along with the service that surrounds them.
