About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Retail Training Executive to help store teams sell and serve customers better. You will deliver training on product presentation, customer handling or relationship building, then support teams as they apply it on the floor. Well-trained teams create better experiences as well as stronger sales.
What you'll do
- Deliver training sessions for new or existing store staff on products plus service standards.
- Run role-plays on customer handling, objection handling or relationship building.
- Observe staff on the shop floor, giving practical feedback after training.
- Maintain training records, attendance or feedback for each session.
- Prepare simple product guides with presentation materials for store teams.
- Track how trained staff perform against sales goals, sharing what you find.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in retail sales, retail training or customer service.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Confident presentation with facilitation skills in front of groups.
- Good understanding of customer handling as well as product presentation.
- Patience with clarity when coaching others on new skills.
Good to have
- Prior experience in luxury or premium retail stores.
- Exposure to designing training content or session plans.
