About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Engagement Manager to make sure partner schools get real value from the programmes they adopt. You will keep schools active and involved, solve problems early, and turn engaged schools into long-term relationships.
What you'll do
- Monitor how partner schools are using programmes and identify where engagement is low.
- Meet school leaders and coordinators to review progress and agree practical next steps.
- Run engagement activities, such as teacher orientations and student sessions, within schools.
- Counsel teachers and coordinators on making the programme part of everyday school life.
- Resolve school concerns quickly by coordinating with the relevant internal colleagues.
- Introduce the programme to new schools through institutional outreach when opportunities arise.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in school engagement, account management or education partnerships.
- A graduate degree or an MBA is the qualification we seek.
- Strong relationship management with principals, coordinators and teachers.
- The ability to spot problems early and follow them through to resolution.
- Clear and supportive communication with teachers adopting something new.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector supporting partner schools.
- Exposure to running teacher training or orientation sessions in schools.
- Familiarity with measuring how well schools have adopted a programme.
