About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Outreach Executive to raise awareness of education programmes among school students and staff. Much of your time will be spent in schools, giving short talks, collecting registrations and keeping teachers updated on what comes next.
What you'll do
- Give short awareness talks in classrooms and assemblies when schools invite you.
- Collect student registrations and interest forms, checking that every detail is complete.
- Keep teachers and coordinators updated on dates, materials and student participation.
- Distribute posters, brochures and notices that schools have agreed to display.
- Call schools after each activity to thank them and confirm the next one.
- Maintain a simple tracker of each school's registrations and pending actions.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in field outreach, event support or student-facing work; freshers are welcome.
- A graduate degree in any discipline, with relevant experience or demonstrated skills preferred.
- Confidence speaking in front of a class or a school assembly.
- Neat record keeping and the habit of closing every pending action.
Good to have
- Exposure to school engagement drives, competitions or student events.
- Prior experience in the Education or Training sector, even through internships.
- Familiarity with how schools plan assemblies and activity periods.
