About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Outreach Executive to lead institutional outreach to schools across an assigned territory. With solid experience behind you, you will manage your own school relationships and move conversations from introduction to partnership.
What you'll do
- Prioritise schools in the territory and build a sustained programme of visits and calls.
- Present to principals and management committees, adapting the message to each school's priorities.
- Run counselling sessions with students and parents where schools invite them.
- Negotiate next steps with schools and coordinate paperwork once they agree to participate.
- Maintain long-term relationships with participating schools through regular contact.
- Keep detailed outreach records and share insights on what schools are asking for.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in school outreach, institutional sales or education partnerships.
- You will need a graduate degree or MBA qualification.
- Strong relationship-building skills with principals, trustees and management committees.
- Self-directed planning and dependable follow-through without close supervision.
- Confident communication in meetings and with student groups.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector working directly with schools.
- Exposure to organising inter-school events or student competitions.
- Familiarity with academic calendars and school decision cycles.
