About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Outreach Executive to grow participation from schools through steady, relationship-led outreach. The role suits an experienced professional who enjoys being in schools, understands how they make decisions, and keeps relationships warm over time.
What you'll do
- Identify schools that are a strong fit and secure introductory meetings with the right decision-makers.
- Understand each school's academic focus and explain how the programme supports it.
- Organise orientation sessions for teachers and coordinators once a school shows interest.
- Act as the main contact for participating schools and respond quickly to their requests.
- Revisit schools between terms to keep engagement high and gather feedback.
- Counsel students and parents during school sessions, answering their questions with care.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience working with schools in outreach, sales or partnerships.
- A graduate degree or an MBA is what we look for.
- The ability to build trust with principals, teachers and coordinators.
- Strong organisation in managing several school relationships at once.
- Clear, warm communication that makes school staff comfortable raising concerns.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Education or EdTech sector.
- Exposure to running teacher orientations or programme launch meetings.
- Familiarity with recording outreach activity in a CRM system.
