About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Outreach Executive to turn school visits into confirmed participation. You will combine well-prepared presentations, thoughtful counselling and consistent follow-up to help schools see the value of taking part.
What you'll do
- Research each school before visiting so that the conversation starts with its own priorities.
- Deliver concise presentations to school management and answer their questions in detail.
- Hold awareness sessions for students and guide those interested toward the next step.
- Track every school's stage, from first visit to confirmation, and plan follow-up accordingly.
- Coordinate logistics for school sessions with internal colleagues and school staff.
- Review what persuaded schools to join and apply those lessons to new outreach.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in institutional outreach or education sales.
- Qualification: a graduate degree or an MBA is required.
- Persuasive presentation skills and the ability to handle detailed questions.
- A methodical approach to tracking and following up.
- Relationship management skills that keep schools engaged after they sign up.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector converting schools from a first visit.
- Exposure to counselling students in group settings such as awareness sessions.
- Familiarity with how school managements review and approve new programmes.
