About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Outreach Intern to build relationships with schools and introduce learning programmes to their students and educators. Through this internship you will support institutional outreach that opens doors to partnerships and helps students reach useful guidance.
What you'll do
- Identify schools and school leaders to approach, building a prioritised outreach list.
- Make introductory calls and send programme information to school coordinators.
- Help schedule and run awareness sessions, workshops or counselling talks for students.
- Prepare presentation material and handouts for each school interaction.
- Record each school's interest, concerns and next steps after every conversation.
- Stay in warm, regular contact with schools that have already engaged with the programme.
What you'll bring
- Freshers, or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in outreach or student engagement.
- An undergraduate qualification, or a graduation degree currently in progress.
- Confident communication with principals, teachers and students alike.
- Patience and courtesy when relationships take several conversations to build.
- Careful record-keeping so no school is forgotten between conversations.
Good to have
- Exposure to school partnerships, teaching or student counselling.
- Familiarity with how schools plan their events, sessions and academic year.
- Prior experience in the Education / EdTech sector.
