About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Outreach Manager to direct school outreach across an assigned area. You will set the outreach plan, take on the relationships with priority schools, and improve how field activity turns into school participation.
What you'll do
- Draw up an area outreach calendar that sets out which schools are approached and when.
- Hold the senior conversations with principals and school owners where your experience makes the difference.
- Accompany outreach colleagues on visits and debrief afterwards on what to change.
- Set up counselling and awareness sessions in schools in coordination with school staff.
- Measure how visits turn into participating schools and fix the stage where interest stalls.
- Run structured review meetings with participating schools to keep them committed.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in school outreach, education sales or partnerships, including guiding field activity.
- A graduate degree or an MBA is the required qualification.
- Strong planning skills and the ability to review others' work constructively.
- Credibility with principals, school owners and other senior school leadership.
- Clear communication and dependable follow-through on commitments made to schools.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector managing field outreach.
- Exposure to coordinating events that involve several schools.
- Familiarity with field reporting formats and school pipeline tracking.
