About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Outreach Manager to set the standard for how schools in an assigned territory are approached and looked after. You will organise outreach, personally hold the key school relationships, and make every school's experience consistent and professional.
What you'll do
- Segment schools in the territory by fit and readiness, and direct effort to the strongest prospects.
- Personally manage relationships with key schools and their senior leadership.
- Define what a good school visit, presentation and follow-up look like, and check they happen.
- Coach outreach colleagues through joint visits and practical feedback.
- Plan student counselling and engagement sessions with partner schools across the academic year.
- Report outreach progress and insights to internal leadership with clear recommendations.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in school outreach or institutional sales, with responsibility for others' outcomes.
- A graduate degree, or an MBA, is expected for this role.
- Strong coaching skills alongside mature relationship management with schools.
- The ability to set standards and hold them consistently.
- Clear, confident communication with senior school leaders and management boards.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Education or EdTech sector.
- Exposure to segmenting and prioritising institutional prospects using simple data.
- Familiarity with managing outreach activity through a CRM system.
