About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Outreach Manager to expand and deepen school participation in education programmes. You will run outreach, look after partner schools, and keep improving the approach based on what schools tell you.
What you'll do
- Plan outreach campaigns timed around school calendars and admission seasons.
- Represent the programme at meetings with school management and gatherings of principals.
- Guide outreach executives on prioritisation, preparation and follow-up.
- Organise counselling events for students and parents at partner schools.
- Gather structured feedback from schools and turn it into improvements to the offering and pitch.
- Plan renewals with partner schools well in advance and secure continued participation.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in education outreach, school partnerships or institutional sales.
- A graduate degree or MBA is expected of applicants.
- Proven ability to direct outreach activity and improve its results.
- Strong relationship-building skills with school leaders and staff.
- Organised planning, clear communication and attention to the details of each event.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector running renewal-focused outreach.
- Exposure to running information events for parents and students.
- Familiarity with renewal planning for programmes that run every academic year.
