About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Outreach Manager to build presence among schools that are new to the programme. You will lead first contact with schools, shape the case for taking part, and develop outreach routines that others can follow.
What you'll do
- Map schools that have not yet engaged and design an approach for reaching each group of them.
- Lead introductory meetings with school leaders and make a strong case for participation.
- Develop standard outreach materials and routines that colleagues can use consistently.
- Run student and parent counselling sessions that demonstrate the programme's value.
- Review outreach data regularly to see which approaches are working and which are not.
- Hand over newly signed schools smoothly and stay involved until they are settled.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in school outreach or education business development.
- An MBA, or a graduate degree, is the qualification needed.
- Comfort opening doors with institutions that do not yet know the programme.
- The ability to create simple, repeatable processes that others can follow.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with schools meeting you for the first time.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector opening new school relationships.
- Exposure to building presentations and outreach material aimed at school leaders.
- Familiarity with using data to plan and review field activity.
