About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Partnership Executive to help schools become, and remain, active partners. You will support partnership conversations, coordinate the details, and keep schools informed and well looked after.
What you'll do
- Contact schools to introduce partnership options and arrange meetings.
- Prepare presentations and partnership documents ahead of school meetings.
- Explain partnership terms and benefits to school staff in a consultative, unhurried way.
- Coordinate onboarding activities once a school agrees to partner.
- Follow up with partner schools regularly to answer questions and gather feedback.
- Keep partner school records accurate and up to date.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in partnerships, sales coordination or education services.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Courteous, clear communication with principals and school staff.
- Organised follow-up across several partner schools at different stages.
- A willingness to learn the consultative partnership process.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Education & Student Services sector.
- Exposure to counselling students or parents in a school setting.
- Familiarity with preparing simple proposals and partnership summaries for schools.
