About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a School Relations Manager to be the trusted contact for schools. You will build strong relationships with school leaders, keep communication open in both directions, and make sure schools feel supported at every stage.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, management and key staff at partner schools.
- Hold regular meetings with schools to review their experience and agree on improvements.
- Handle escalations from schools calmly and coordinate a timely resolution.
- Represent schools' views internally so that services reflect what they need.
- Carry out institutional outreach to begin relationships with new schools.
- Support counselling sessions for students and parents organised with partner schools.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in school relations, account management or education partnerships.
- Applicants should hold a graduate degree or an MBA.
- Diplomacy and patience in managing sensitive conversations with school leaders.
- Strong relationship management and communication built over years of school contact.
- The ability to coordinate across internal teams to get things done.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Education or EdTech sector.
- Exposure to school feedback surveys or review meetings.
- Familiarity with how school leadership teams make and communicate decisions.
