About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Brand Manager – Fashion to guide the long-term story of fashion and lifestyle brands, season after season. You will lead brand strategy and seasonal campaigns, making sure each collection feels distinct yet unmistakably part of the same brand.
What you'll do
- Define brand strategy, including positioning, voice and visual identity, and keep it consistent from one season to the next.
- Run seasonal campaign planning, from creative concepts and shoots to media and in-store rollout.
- Collaborate with design and merchandising teams so each collection and its campaign tell a single story.
- Own the brand budget and allocate spend across campaigns, content and events.
- Mentor brand managers and executives, raising standards in planning and creative judgement.
- Review brand health and campaign performance, and adapt the strategy as customer tastes shift.
What you'll bring
- 4–12 years of brand management experience in fashion, lifestyle or apparel businesses.
- An MBA or PGDM, with brand or marketing management as a core strength.
- Strong creative judgement paired with the commercial discipline to back it up.
- A record of steering seasonal campaigns across print, digital and retail channels.
- Experience managing teams and working with senior business stakeholders on brand decisions.
Good to have
- Exposure to fashion shows, designer collaborations or capsule collection launches.
- Familiarity with trend forecasting resources and how to apply them to brand planning.
- Prior experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector across several collection cycles.
