About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior E-commerce Manager – Fashion to strengthen how online fashion shoppers are engaged and looked after. You will own customer engagement and online sales, bring clienteling practices into the digital channel and keep retail operations in step with the online experience.
What you'll do
- Own online fashion sales and improve them through thoughtful engagement, attentive service and careful presentation.
- Develop clienteling for the online channel, such as personal style recommendations and follow-up for valued customers.
- Nurture relationships with repeat shoppers through considered, personalised communication rather than mass messaging.
- Coordinate with store and retail operations teams so stock, service and returns feel consistent across channels.
- Study customer feedback and sell-through to refine which pieces are featured online and how they are styled.
- Handle escalations from high-value customers personally and protect the experience they have come to expect.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in fashion e-commerce, luxury retail or customer engagement roles.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, as the client specifies.
- Strong relationship management and polished, courteous communication in writing and in person.
- An understanding of retail operations and how they shape the online customer experience.
- A sales mindset balanced with genuine care for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the luxury fashion or fine retail sector.
- Exposure to clienteling or CRM tools used by fashion and lifestyle retailers.
- Familiarity with fashion seasons, capsule drops and collection launches.
