About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Events Manager – Luxury to run events that bring luxury fashion and retail customers closer to a brand. You will own event delivery, partner with sales and store teams, and use clienteling insight to decide who attends and why. Success is seen in stronger customer relationships and the sales that follow.
What you'll do
- Own the calendar of luxury customer events, from intimate previews to seasonal celebrations.
- Use clienteling insight to select guests and personalise each invitation and experience.
- Align event plans with store operations, stock availability and staffing on the day.
- Partner with sales heads to agree event objectives and follow-up actions for every guest.
- Manage event vendors and budgets while protecting brand presentation standards.
- Analyse event outcomes, including attendance and post-event sales, and refine the approach.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in luxury events, customer engagement or clienteling roles.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, with a clear interest in luxury customers.
- Working knowledge of luxury retail operations and sales processes.
- Exceptional relationship management with discerning, loyal customers over the long term.
- Polished communication and strong organisational skills under time pressure.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the luxury fashion or retail sector.
- Exposure to brand events featuring designers, artisans or craft demonstrations.
- Familiarity with customer relationship tools used by retail sales teams.
